Erynn Kerrigan is a fast-rising star in media relations and story placement. She has already established an outsized track record of story placement success, representing her own clients and serving as an effective outsourced media placement specialist for boutique PR firms. Erynn is driven by an abiding belief that people everywhere need stories that inspire them to elevate their contributions to the people around them and expand their influence for good. She is equally convinced that many of the best people and stories don’t receive the attention they deserve, and is devoted to ensuring that they do.

Erynn combines her native warmth and creativity with pluck, passion and perseverance to land a host of compelling stories in national, regional and trade press. Her clients’ stories have been featured in Business Insider, CBS NEWS, CNN, Forbes, Fox Business and Fox News, the Washington Post and a host of other leading national and regional outlets. She has placed compelling stories for a group of clients that has run the gamut, from philanthropic educational organizations to global technology leaders and finance mavens, in the US and across the world in Africa and East Asia.

As the co-owner and CCSO (Chief Client Success Officer) of XL PR, she has emerged as a trusted leader in the fast-moving world of public relations, known for her tenacity, her sharp eye for narrative impact, and her unwavering commitment to elevating the underdog.

    She has earned placements in The Wall Street Journal, The Today Show, Entrepreneur Magazine, Forbes, USA Today, Good Day New York, Home and Gardens, AARP, SUCCESS Magazine, Built In, and Accounting Today. But for Rachelle, the feature is just the beginning. She’s laser-focused on the ripple effects of smart media—how strategic coverage fuels SEO, boosts digital credibility, and triggers long-tail search visibility, especially in today’s AI-powered landscape.

    A devoted boy mom and fitness enthusiast, Rachelle moves through life with intention and momentum. She’s rarely found without a project, and wouldn’t have it any other way.

  • Jacqueline Crane

    VP OF CORPORATE STRATEGY

    Jacqueline Crane has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UVU and a bachelor’s degree in communications, specializing in public relations from BYU with minors in business and music. She combines strategic thinking, business acumen, and innovative ideas to drive impactful results. Her great work has not gone unnoticed. She has been recognized by Utah’s PRSA Chapter as the 2021 Young Professional of the Year at the Golden Spike Awards. Her former role as co-host of the Influencer Marketing for Destinations podcast won the 2022 w3 Silver Award and 2022 Communicator Award of Excellence. She has 11 certifications in the verticals of social media, media relations, influencer marketing and the fundamentals of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). 

  • Sara Hall, APR

    MEDIA RELATIONS + ACCOUNT MANAGER

    Sara Hall, APR is a seasoned PR strategist and media relations expert. Sara has a proven track record of landing targeted earned media for clients in every industry from classic cars to cosmetics. She is passionate about the big picture, and well-versed in weaving stories, events, reviews and everyday business dealings into award-winning campaigns that drive client reputations forward. On her days off, Sara is also a wife, mother to and advocate for her four children, and a former trumpet player for her high school’s German band. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Brigham Young University.

  • Shannon Golladay

    MEDIA RELATIONS + ACCOUNT MANAGER

    Shannon Golladay is a public relations professional, entrepreneur, and outdoor enthusiast. A graduate of Brigham Young University with a degree in public relations and a minor in business management, she began her career in New York City at Middleton and Gendron, a travel PR agency. She later returned to Utah, working as a Public Relations Director for a candle company and an investment firm, gaining expertise in media pitching, press releases, networking and strategic communication.

    In addition to her work in public relations, Shannon spent 13 years running a successful fitness and nutrition business focused on helping busy moms achieve their health goals. She is married to Patrick and a proud mom of three daughters. In her free time, she enjoys snow skiing, hiking, and mountain adventures.

  • Lindsey Lefevor

    MEDIA RELATIONS + ACCOUNT MANAGER

    Lindsey Lefevor loves connecting brands with audiences through stories that matter. With more than five years of experience in marketing, she brings an understanding of brand voice and creative storytelling to every campaign.

    Her pivot to PR was driven by a desire to dig deeper and share the why behind each story. Since then, her work has earned Smart PR’s 2025 Best Pitch of the Year - Vertical and a finalist spot for a Golden Spike with Utah’s PRSA chapter. Lindsey has secured media coverage in top-tier outlets including CNBC Make It, Business Insider, The Associated Press, and Travel + Leisure, along with regional coverage across Utah and the Greater Seattle area.

    Whether she’s crafting a pitch or collaborating with journalists, she’s passionate about helping people and brands tell stories that inspire connection.

  • Kylie Jackson Burgener

    CONTENT + PR STRATEGIST

    Kylie Jackson Burgener has worked as a writer, PR strategist, and marketer for more than 15 years. Her work focuses on thought leadership and strategic narrative, helping leaders and experts articulate their ideas with clarity and credibility. She also develops the core materials that support that work, such as messaging frameworks, press kits, pitch decks, and concise brand introductions for media and potential partners.

    Known for her ability to quickly deep-dive into complex or unfamiliar topics, Kylie helps organizations distill their message down to why it matters, then translate that into stories that resonate with the right audiences. She has contributed to articles appearing in The Wall Street Journal, Venture Beat, Entrepreneur, Fast Company, Forbes, Inc., and others.

    She squeezes this in around being a wife, full-time mother of three, and avid Seahawks & Mariners fan. Kylie holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Brigham Young University–Idaho.

  • Emily Hooke

    MEDIA + INFLUENCER RELATIONS

    Emily Hooke brings a blend of agency and in-house public relations experience to her current role at XL PR, where she specializes in media relations, influencer marketing, and campaign strategy. During her time with 360PR+ in Boston, she curated influencer partnerships and PR research for prominent brands like Nintendo, MyFitnessPal, Juicy Juice, and Gerber Childrenswear. As a Public Relations Associate at Crumbl, Emily played a key role in media outreach for multi-national campaigns, including collaborations with Jimmy Fallon and the Kardashians. Emily has experience landing coverage with outlets like Axios, FOX13, and TechRadar, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Brigham Young University. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, playing ukulele, trying new restaurants and recipes, practicing Spanish, and exploring Utah Valley with her husband.

  • Brittney Fifield

    ACCOUNT MANAGER + OPERATIONS

    Brittney Fifield supports both clients and the internal team at XL PR through strong organization, thoughtful strategy, and consistent execution. As an Account Manager, she helps develop account strategies, track details, and coordinate partnerships and events to keep programs running smoothly.

    She oversees XL PR’s social media presence, bringing more than five years of social media management experience to the agency. Brittney develops on-brand visuals and captions that reflect XL PR’s voice and values while highlighting client wins, thought leadership, and team culture.

    Brittney also supports the onboarding process by preparing internal systems, organizing account setup, and ensuring the execution team is positioned to deliver on the promised scope of work. She also helps implement systems and SOPs that create efficient, repeatable processes across the agency.

    Brittney holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters and is happiest when hiking in the mountains or out on a paddleboard.

  • Dylan Esquina

    MEDIA RELATIONS

    Dylan Esquina has a bachelor's degree in Communications, specializing in public relations from The University of Houston with a minor in English. He began his work with us in January 2026, and brings with him 5 years of communications and media relations experience.

    His early career has consisted of working in the education and nonprofit sector, where he guided the creation of a telenovela series, to provide Alzheimer and dementia resources to Latino and Hispanic communities, and won multiple TSPRA (Texas School Public Relations Association) article writing awards, including gold and silver medals.

    His decision to pivot to a PR firm in the private sector came from his desire to be a multi-faceted PR professional who is continuously improving his skill set.

    In his freetime, you can find him hiking national parks, enjoying some indoor rock climbing, making his own candles, or playing video games with his friends.

  • Dara Johnson

    MEDIA RELATIONS + ACCOUNT MANAGER

    Dara Anderson Johnson approaches the world of PR from a journalism background, having written for Stowaway Magazine, Y Magazine, and Utah Business Magazine with several blog contributions along the way. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s in editing and publishing and a minor in TESOL, and she’s worked as an editor in the worlds of healthcare technology, magazines, research, and even some sci-fi/fantasy books. 

    Her background sets her apart with her journalist's eye for an impactful story, her editor's attention to detail, and her deep passion for purpose-led storytelling. Dara is a firm believer that there is more good in the world than we usually get to see in traditional media, and she pivoted to PR to be able to shine a light on all that good. Her favorite wins are stories that allow her clients and their businesses to present solutions to a problem-ridden world, and her favorite days at work are when she can dig for a good story and give it the words it needs to catch attention and create real change.

    Outside of work, she's a wife, mom of two, and avid ice cream fan. She also loves to bake, but the jury's still out on whether that's because she enjoys the process or enjoys the rewards at the end.

  • Elizabeth Cuillard

    EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

    Elizabeth Cuillard brings a diverse background and years of experience to the XL PR team. Working behind the scenes, she keeps the office running smoothly by managing calendars, drafting contracts, coordinating company events, and ensuring everyone stays on track.

    Liz holds a bachelor’s degree in geography from California State University, Northridge, and is a licensed cosmetologist in both California and Arizona. Prior to her role as Executive Secretary, she built a wide-ranging career as a travel agent, math tutor, hairstylist, and baker—experience that contributes to her adaptability and problem-solving skills.

    Outside of work, Liz enjoys exercising, listening to audiobooks, and spending time with her husband, Jimmy, their three daughters, and their two cats.
